In current days Paytm is very useful for recharges, booking tickets of movie and many more you know.
But sadly Paytm customer service is really pathetic
As you can see how careless they are on their official site the contact no. of Noida office in India is contains only 7 digits no. which is invalid in India as a Landline no. Now please somebody explain how to contact on this no.

Earlier i heard of Payment issues by others but recently my payment is stucked in their wallet which belongs to others but they didn't received because Paytm did't processed the payment.Now you will curious why i am so pissed,?? i try to contact on Paytm by tollfree no. given 12038883888.
i pressed every possible option but their automated system didnt let me talk to customer care executive because obvious they designed it in such a way.
I talked to my bank they sad the amount is transferred to paytm and there is no refund initiated. So beware of using Paytm as it is possible to your payment get stuck.
