Lets start
1. Open Registry by Start > Run > type regedit.
2. Navigate to "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\WindowsNT\CurrentVersion\Winlo
3. Now Right-click LegalNoticeCaption > click Modify >
4. type your caption and then click OK.
5. Now Right-click LegalNoticeText > click Modify > type
6. your message and then click OK
7.That's it your done.
Caution: Please make a back-up of your registry before editing/modifying your registry.
