HOW TO SCAN VIRUS USING LINUX-FAR BETTER METHOD THAN WINDOWS

SCAN YOUR PC/LAPTOP USING LINUX, YES YOU CAN.

When you are unable to scan virus in windows because your computer is too slow due to virus attack or virus is not giving any chance to scan the virus.
Here you can scan virus using linux based anti virus,most of virus are executable in windows and they can restrict your Anti-virus to scan.In Linux they won't able to run and you can easily scan and delete them.

AVG has its on Linux based anti-virus engine which works on Linux base and destroys the virus.

Download AVG-rescue CD

Rescue CD (for CD creation)

Then use Universal USB Maker

make usb using above tool, make sure check the box format this drive(this will delete all data on your pen drive)

Scan your all drive using this

select volume->all volume  with asterisk(*) in front of them means selected drive->Enter

Leave the system for 1-2Hrs depends upon the hard disk size.
Then Action -> Heal all ->Enter
Leave it for some times till it show report Files scanned, file healed etc , dont press enter when process bar show 100%.
