Instantaneously your usb affected by these garbage whose main target is to spy on you, modify your data, delete your data, destroy your data , damage your data, secretly transfer your confidential data over internet to attacker etc.

Q:- Can i manually delete these virus ??
A:-Yes, you can, but when you  bring this badly affected pen drive very happily and plug to your computer is executes itself within a sec before you can delete them , modify them or stop their process of execution.

Same problem cause by AVG antivirus.

I Personally used K7 by K7 computing Lab(India),ThreatTrack VIPRE Internet Security Pro,TrendMicro Antivirus Security. They Works lightly and more than enough for home user. GData is also a good AV but uses dual shield to grab piece of each virus which slow down's a PC sometimes. Bitdefender is moderate also catches each and every virus only sometimes cause trouble.

My opinion is choose according to your need and pay according to requirement. Before purchasing any AV use their trial version.

Most Virus takedown the Avast and takeover your computer and which will not usable.
